I usually do is if I am suffering from a snack, what does that really takes my mind and in general I think I'm doing this for hours and not realize that time flies !.... exactly what you like best .... .....( That's what you do and do not include binge eating)

Go outside and turn to go to the entrance. Take a good walk on the street. To do something that you find from the kitchen.

Find the replacement of the healthiest foods possible, while trying to break this habit. and eating a variety, too much of something is not good for your health.

Concentrate on your health, you need to know sugar, junk food and fast food are not your friends when they come in the form (you know, being good means that you) at your ideal weight. You can check to eat more vegetables, natural fruits in the daily diet and eliminate or reduce wheat, dairy and sugar. Eat fresh and unprocessed (food in boxes, restaurants, etc.) is always better. Drink water, green or ginger tea 30 minutes before or after each meal. These things that you be healthier, translating into a lower and more dynamic. Check out the cooking section http://stayinformed.info/kitchen.html why you should stay away from wheat (gluten), MSG and other foods to obesity and hypertension.

When you eat, take your time and chew your food 2 to 3 times more than you get a. This helps with digestion. Add fiber and organic optionsto your diet. All the growth hormones, MSG, preservatives, gluten, artificial flavors and can lead to weight gain.

Stay active in the activities of driving, walking or jogging, dancing, sports or just doing what he loves to play and exercise with a group of friends. This will help you to keep your food more fun.

I drank a lot for a while. What I did was to keep an eye on what you eat and stop when it is full or not hungry. If I grab something to eat on, but not really needed, then I stopped and left the room to do something to find to keep my mind from food. Thats usually playing games or on foot, sometimes cleaning

You should try to walk or jog, something healthy.
Or if you're inevitably in the kitchen, you can try to drink glasses of water instead. After about 24 oz, you can not eat!

This is not food.
You need to find the source of their binge eating. I note in the rule that emotional trauma in one part of his life. They eat in an empty space inside, fill (and I do not mean the stomach). This type of eating disorder is usually not something that can be overcome by their own means. You should talk to a specialist. If you find what "food" you .. I bet you regain control of your life in every respect. Your doctor is a good place to start. He is an experienced professional who can get in touch with people who are really convey the knowledge and solutions that work for you ... I wish you all the best.
