How to quell itching caused by pityriasis rosea? - pityriasis rosea in miami

I was diagnosed with pityriasis two weeks. My doctor told me to go alone, but it itches so bad! I get more points for my torso and slightly in my arms, so it can be distracting. I use Aveeno lotion, but have not got all day.

Some say that may help solar radiation. What should I do?
